We’re thrilled to expand our offerings from De La Finca Coffee with this Castillo variety from La Esperanza, grown by father-daughter team Dario and Iliana Delgado in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Focused on specialty coffee since 2015, this is their fourth harvest using refined protocols. Though Castill - bred from Caturra and Timor - this lot proves its potential. The cup offers a rich, creamy body with dark chocolate, walnut, subtle caramel, and balanced brightness, featuring notes of apple, stone fruit, and Meyer lemon. It's everything you love about Colombian coffee, with depth and nuance.
